Feb. 23, 2021 Reopening (Red Zone, York Region)

As of Feb. 23, 2021, BFF will reopen our doors to our customers with limited capacity (under Red Zone restrictions for York Region). Please note the following updates:

• Our store hours have been updated. Our new hours will be as follows:

  • Mondays: CLOSED

  • Tuesdays - Saturdays: 10 AM - 6 PM

  • Sundays: 12 - 5 PM

• Appointments are required and no walk-ins will be permitted. Please book an appointment here. (In order to ensure an optimal experience and preparation time between appointments, there are a limited number of appointment slots per day at per-determined times. Please see Appointments section for more details.)

• A maximum of 1 party (up to 4 people total) will be allowed inside the store at a time (with a confirmed appointment)

• Masks are mandatory at all times while inside the store.

Holiday hours & province-wide shutdown (Dec. 26, 2020 - Feb. 10, 2021)

Dear community,

Here are some updates from BFF on holiday hours as well as as how the new province-wide shutdown in Ontario will affect our hours and services.

Holiday Hours

BFF will be closed (or operating on limited hours) for the holidays. Please take note of the following days:

• CLOSED

  • Thurs., Dec. 24 - Mon., Dec. 28, 2020

  • Fri., Jan. 1, 2021

• LIMITED HOURS

  • Thurs., Dec. 31 open from 11 AM - 3 PM

Province-wide Shutdown Update

As of Sat., Dec. 26th at 12:01 AM, the province of Ontario has mandated a province-wide lockdown until at least Feb. 10, 2021. As a result of these measures, BFF will be closing its doors to all browsing & try-on appointments. Direct orders for dresses can still be placed via phone as well and we are still open for curbside pickup (for those whose orders have arrived)! We will also be operating under limited hours during this lockdown period:

• Mondays - Saturdays from 11 AM to 5 PM

• Sundays from 12 - 4 PM

Please note that all "appointments" made on our appointments page between Dec. 26 - Feb. 10 will be for pickup ONLY.

Bridal Fashion Fraire is Reopening!

BFF is very happy to announce that we will slowly begin reopening our doors to our community! Safety is our top priority, and we have implemented the following procedures to ensure a safe & enjoyable experience in preparation for your big day.

• We are accepting clients by appointment only at this time.

• To ensure proper physical distancing inside our store, each client may only bring a maximum of 2 guests to the appointment (e.g., bride + 2 guests = total of 3). Please respect this limit.

• All clients and guests are required to wear non-medical grade masks at all times during the appointment.

• Hand sanitizer will be provided at the store entrance.

• The restroom at our store will be unavailable for customer use to minimize contact and for the safety of our store employees.

Temporary Closure Due to Covid-19 Pandemic

Due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, Bridal Fashion Fraire will temporarily close starting March 24, 2020 until further notice. We are committed to doing our part by practicing social distancing and eliminating close contact with customers to protect the health & safety of our community. As a small business, this was a difficult decision to make; however, it is the right thing to do and we support our city, province, and country’s efforts to contain the pandemic and flatten the curve.

All customers with appointments throughout the next few weeks will be contacted individually to reschedule appointments.
