Do you require appointments or can I just walk in? 
As of February 2021, only appointments are accepted. Book an appointment here.

Do you provide in-house alteration services?
Yes, we provide expert in-house alteration services with a reasonable turnaround time. Please fill out the quote form here.

Can you make alterations on wedding dresses bought at another bridal store? 
Yes. Please fill out the quote form here to get started!

Do you sell bridesmaid dresses and/or formal wear?
Yes, we have a wide range of special occasion and evening gowns that are perfect for bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses, and any formal event (e.g., prom dresses).

Can a client purchase a sample dress from the store ("off the rack")?
Yes, if a client's wedding date does not allot enough time for an order to be placed, a sample dress may be purchased from our store. Alterations are also available at an additional cost.

Can a client order a dress from your store if they tried on the sample gown elsewhere? 
Yes, absolutely.

How long does it take to order in a gown?
Wedding dresses are made-to-order and can take 6-8 months to arrive at our store. Bridesmaid dresses and other formal wear usually arrive anywhere within 4-6 months of purchase. Rush orders can be placed depending the wedding/event date (additional costs may apply).

What happens once I place my order for a dress? 
Once your dress has arrived at our store, we will call you to book your first fitting appointment.

During this fitting, we'll pin your dress for necessary alterations (the most common alterations include bust and length changes). We ask that brides bring their wedding shoes with them to the first fitting to account for proper hemming.

Following the first fitting, a second fitting appointment will often be scheduled closer to your wedding date to determine if any further changes are required. After that, your dress will be wrapped up and ready to go!

Did you move locations?
Yes. We are now located at 6068A Yonge Street (2nd floor, north of Yonge & Cummer).

How do I get to your store by transit?
From Finch Station (terminal station on Line 1 YUS), take the 53A, 53B, 60A, or 97A to Patricia Ave (we are across the street). Click here for a handy Google Maps link with directions.

Is your store accessible/barrier-free?
Unfortunately, our new location is not barrier-free. It is located on the 2nd floor, up a set of stairs.

Do you rent dresses?
No, BFF does not rent dresses.

Do you sell shoes?
No, BFF does not sell shoes.
